Can I contact you by telephone?

The Footwear emporium is an online retailer so we feel response by email is a far quicker and more efficient way to respond to customer queries.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, it's not currently possible for you to change it prior to dispatch.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been made you cannot cancel your order. You can however return the item within 7 days of receipt in its original condition for a full refund

There is a mistake with my order

We understand that mistakes do happen and we will do our best to rectify any problems you have. If you find a mistake please email our customer care team at info@footwearemporium.com and we will do our best to sort it out.

Has my order been shipped?

As soon as your order is placed a shipping ticket is sent to our storage department and the order is picked for shipping. The item is usually shipped within 48hours.

I have been sent the wrong item

Very occasionally the wrong item gets sent out. Please email our customer care team at info@footwearemporium.com quoting your order number, product code, details of the item you had been sent and if you want a refund or a replacement.

I have been sent a faulty item

If you have been sent an item that you deem to be faulty please notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods and we will do our utmost to rectify the problem. Please include order number, product code and details of the fault in your email. (info@footwearemporium.com)

How Do I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 10 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.

Please note:

* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

* The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

When will I receive my refund?

We will process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel, and email to let you know we have received and processed it.

After you've received your email, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with, and is something we have no control over.

We will credit your refund to the same card you used when you placed your order.
