Delivery times
At FootwearEmporium.com we’re proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service with DHL. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you’d like them sent, and we’ll take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive as quickly as possible. All goods are despatched by DHL and require a signed customer receipt - please ensure that your chosen delivery address takes this into account. Subject to your payment being authorised, barring system failure and provided the items are in stock we will despatch all orders received within 2 working days. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Ordering
All Prices quoted include VAT at 15%. Prices that are not Pounds Sterling are calculated at the current exchange rate at www.xe.com. This exchange rate is updated several times a day to ensure all customers get a fair price. Due to fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Although any such price changes will be applied instantly to this web site, allowing you to be aware of them before ordering. Errors and omissions accepted.

Cancellation of Order
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations we will be happy to provide a refund for any item ordered. Please contact us within 24 hours of your order via email: info@footwearemporium.com : We can then arrange for your refund to be processed (this may take up to 30 days). If you receive your goods after cancellation, as part of your contract with us you are required to return these items to us within 30 days of said cancellation. We can either arrange collection (at your cost) or you may arrange to return the items to us. Please note that you are obliged to have taken reasonable care of the items and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of recovering the items should you fail to return them to us within 30 days of cancellation.
Refunds and Exchange
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. Please email us on: info@footwearemporium.com:You will then receive by post a DHL returns label together with instructions of how to return goods.
